DescriptionDetails of expenditure on the engine to run the lights for the Royal Society and the Society of Antiquaries from June 1889 to June 1890. Lists dates and costs of gas and repair work to the engine, with work undertaken by Drake & Gorham and Price and Company. In total the engine was run for 1021 hours for the Society of Antiquaries and 651 hours for the Royal Society. Calculations are provided which indicate that the Royal Society is due £47-3-8 from the Society of Antiquaries.
