DescriptionHerewith Rix sends a postal order for seventeen shillings and six pence in payment of the enclosed account [not attached]. Rix asks that they remove from their list the Journal Institute Electrical Engineers unless they are prepared to allow the usual discount upon it in future. Messrs Williams and Norgate always allowed discount when it was on their list.
