DescriptionArmstrong's letter and the draft bill were laid before the President and Council of the Royal Society. The Royal Society will be willing to co-operate in the matter with the Chemical Society and with the other learned societies and with that view will submit the draft bill to their solicitors. Foster is further to suggest that the Societies concerned should confer with the view of inducing Government to undertake the bill as a Government measure.
