TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Editor of 'Nature'
Date5 December 1890
DescriptionIn answer to the Editor's note of yesterday, Rix encloses herewith a report of the preliminary proceedings at the anniversary meeting. The President's address is just put into type and Rix sent proofs to Sir Gabriel Stokes last night. Stokes expressly wishes Rix not to send the type to any paper until he has revised it but Rix has asked Stokes to let the Editor have a copy as early as is possible. Rix provides Stokes' address in case he does not send it.
