TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Hugh Longbourne Callendar, 2 Princes Mansions, Victoria Street, S.W.
Date12 December 1890
DescriptionCallendar's paper falls due on 18 December and was announced yesterday. It can doubtless be deferred if Callendar prefers, but there is no meeting until 8 January. It would delay publication of the abstract by about three to four weeks. Rix asks Callendar to telegraph his decision as he needs to know by tomorrow. A box has come from Cambridge for Callendar. The packers say the eye-piece of the microscope was missing when they received it from Callendar.
