TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Dr J H T Tudsbery
Date25 May 1909
Description'Dear Dr Tudsbery, I am much obliged to you for sending me an invitation to your Conversazione on June 24. Unfortunately that is the evening which, after some vicissitudes, has ben foxed by the Royal Society for our Ladies' Soiree, so that, not only I, but many more important people will be prevented from having the pleasure of attending your party. I think this is the first time the dates have clashed in recent years, and we might perhaps another time remember to anticipate the difficulty.'
