TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Dr Arthur Harden FRS
Date3 June 1909
Description'My dear Sir,
At the meeting of the Tropical Diseases Committee held last week you were co-opted a member, and nominated to serve on the Sub-Committee which is charged with therapeutical investigations into Sleeping Sickness. At the same meeting your letter to Dr Bradford was read, relating to the offer of Dr Morgan of the Royal College of Science to submit some new organic arsenic compounds for experiment. The Committee decided to accept Dr Morgan's offer and to put him in communication with Mr Plimmer, a member of the Sub-Committee, who has for some time been engaged in experimenting with drugs on animals. I am writing to Dr Morgan in this sense.'
