TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to The Secretary, Leeds Institute of Science & Literature
Date25 June 1909
DescriptionWith regard to The Secretary's request for copies of the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, the disposal of such copies of this publication as the Council authorised was completed some time ago and Harrison has no power to extend it without a further resolution of council. Harrison reminds the Secretary that a Fellow of the Royal Society could obtain the volumes, up to five years back, at one third of the published price, and therefore getting a Fellow of act on the Leed's Institute of Science & Literature's behalf might be an advantageous way of meeting their wishes.
