Date25 June 1909
Description'Dear Sirs,
With reference to my note on the subject of the Year Book of Scientific and Learned Societies and your reply, I did not in my complaint intend to suggest that there had been any neglect on your part; but my object in writing was that you should convey to the publishers how worthless for practical purposes their publication is, when it is issued so long after the closing of the lists of information which it is intended to furnish.'
