Description'Dear Sir,
Your letter of the 12th instant to Dr Bradford has been laid before the President of the Society, who, failing another meeting of the Council until October, has directed me to say that he takes the responsibility of provisionally nominating Dr Bradford to represent the Royal Society for a further period of three years on the Executive Committee of the Imperial Cancer Research Fund.
The President's act will be reported to the Council for the confirmation when that body meets in October.'
