DescriptionProfessor Sir Joseph Larmor suggested the names of Lord Rayleigh and Prof H [Horace] Lamb to referee the paper by Prof H M Macdonald FRS on "The Diffraction of electric waves" but Lord Rayleigh writes to say he cannot undertake to referee the paper. Harrison asks the Chairman to nominate a referee in place of Lord Rayleigh and say whether he concurs with Prof H Lamb as a referee.
