DescriptionTheir letter of 30 July on the subject of the proposed donation of £100 by Major Daniels to the General Funds of the Royal Society was laid before President and Council at their meeting last week. Requests that they convey thanks to Major Daniels, and they are willing to accept the donation made in recognition of the grant awarded him in 1903, and in view of the fact that he finds himself unable to completely fulfil the conditions under which the grant was made.
