DescriptionActing under the Standing Orders of Council, the Secretaries have marked R H Whitehouse's paper 'The Caudle Fin of Fishes (preliminary paper)' as suitable for publication in 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', and have authorised Harrison to set it up in type on receiving an assurance from the author that no preliminary communication relating to this paper will be made to the Zoological Society to whom it is understood the full paper will be sent.
