DescriptionSending a letter from the Treasury [no enclosures] which it is proposed to lay before Council tomorrow, by way of reply to Sir G Murray's recent letter on the subject of Kew Observatory. Sir Joseph Larmor, whose draft is is, wishes Glazebrook to see it before it is settled, and has asked Harrison to suggest that Glazebrook should send in here any comments he has not make upon it.
