TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Edward Alfred Minchin, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date1 February 1910
DescriptionHarrison has received the corrected proof of his paper on 'The Transmission of Trypanosoma lewisi by the Rat Flea', but so much new matter has been added, that he does not feel justified in passing it on in the ordinary way. It has been sent to the Secretaries who advise that it must be considered to come under the rule that any new matter can only be added to a paper already passed for publication if appended in the form of a dated note. Harrison understands from Dr [John Rose] Bradford that this was explained to Minchin, and so the paper is being returned to him.
