DescriptionThanks him for the circular. The Royal Society have appointed appointed Francis Wall Oliver, along with Robert Kidston and Lieutenant Colonel David Prain, to represent the Royal Society at the Congress of Botany to be held in Brussels next May. Harrison also acknowledges his letter about the International Convention which will be laid before Council. Enquires if the Convention has met at the Royal Society before.
