TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Sir John Thornycroft FRS
Date12 April 1910
Description'Dear Sir John Thornycroft,
Soiree.
At a recent meeting of the Soiree Exhibits Committee it was suggested that you might be able to show some experiments with gliders (hydroplanes) at the forthcoming Soiree on May 25th.
It, also, it would be possible for you to combine the experiments with a short "lecturette", to be given in the Meeting Room, the Committee would be very glad to make the requisite arrangements.
I should be glad to hear as early as may be convenient what your views are upon the matter.'
