TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Messrs William Clowes & Sons, Printers, Stratford Street, EC
Date4 May 1910
Description'Dear Sirs,
The Royal Society has lately had prepared a critical catalogue of a small collection of books remaining in the Library from the original collection presented by the Earl of Arundel in the 17th century, and the Council have now decided to have it printed, though probably not for publication. Mr R F Sharp of the British Museum, who has prepared the slips, has suggested our consulting you with regard to the printing, which he will supervise; and I should be much obliged if some one on your behalf could arrange to come here and see me on the subject, with a view to preparing a scheme and estimate for the printing. If you fall in with this suggestion, perhaps you will telephone to make an appointment for any day after tomorrow.'
