Description'Dear Sirs,
In reply to the Post Script of your letter of the 11th May, regarding the old iron strong box, I have to inform you that the padlocks and keys were wrapped up and placed inside the box, which was left open. To the best of my knowledge the lock of the chest is not a spring lock, although the padlocks are.
We have no other key.'
