| Description | It has been reported to Harrison that Larmor complained yesterday evening at the non-appearance of notices in the paper with regard to Royal Society affairs. Harrison believe some of these notices appeared while Larmor was away from England. "The Times" regularly put Royal Society meetings in the "Prospective arrangements", and frequently adds the names of the authors whose paper are to read. It is possible that they might have fallen short of their usual practice in connection with the King's funeral, but Harrison has no reason to complain. |
