Description'Dear Col Prain,
I have to acknowledge your letter of yesterday, and regret to inform you that the Minutes by Members of the Committee on the Report of the Board of Scientific Advice for India 1907-8 were note printed. The are, however, available here if you care to see them.
Those of course are not the minutes on which any recommendations to which such [action] has been taken.
The letter from the India Officer of 26th March 1909, and enclosure were circulated to the Committee, but in case your copy is mislaid, I'm sending you another.'
