TitleCopy letter from A [Alfred] B [Bray] Kempe, Treasurer RS to Sir [Joseph] Norman Lockyer KCB, FRS
Date16 June 1910
Description'Dear Sir Norman,
Your letter to Mr Harrison of June 5 was considered by the Officers at their meeting to-day. Any alteration of the present arrangement with regard to subscriptions, would require an amendment of the Statutes; but as a difficulty has arisen with regard to the Fee Reduction Fund which may also necessitate such an amendment, we think the whole question of subscriptions and compositions will probably have shortly to come before the Council, when your point can be dealt.'
