Description'Dear Sir,
In reply to your letter of yesterday, I have the pleasure to inform you that the Council last week agreed to grant permission to the Associated Board to hold its annual meeting in our rooms on July 19th.
I shall be much obliged by your letting me know before the date arrives of any special arrangements that you would like to have made for your meeting.
At present our meeting room is arranged as for lectures.'
