TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Dr S [Sidney] F [Frederic] Harmer FRS, British Museum (Nat[ural] Hist[ory])
Date4 July 1910
Description'Dear Dr Harmer,
In pursuance of Standing Orders I have been sending round the draft Minutes of the Zoology Sectional Committee for confirmation by two thirds in the absence of a quorum at the meeting. Among the replies are the three enclose from Professor Dendy, Sedgwich and Hickson, who do not accept the recommendation about printing new specific names. We might yet get two thirds of the Committee subscribing to the Minutes; but I presume that in the face of the opposition you would not wish this recommendation to go forward to the Council this week. I shall be glad to know your decision by Wednesday.'
