Date14 October 1910
Description'Dear Sirs,
Last year one of the rooms in this building was fitted with your St Andrew Gas-Heated Steam Radiator and although it was satisfactory as regards the amount of heat given out, complaints were made of the gas fumes. After being thoroughly cleaned the stove was put in use again this week, but the fumes from it are so bad that the room is almost unbearable.
I shall be much obliged by your sending some one at once to inspect the stove.'
