TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Charles Chree, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date21 October 1910
DescriptionHarrison has Chree's letter of yesterday, along with its enclosure. The meeting of the Gassiot Committee was ultimately fixed between the President and Dr [William Napier] Shaw, and Harrison understood that the latter was in contact with Chree, and so did not consult him again. The President said that the meeting could not be held at Kew, so Harrison presumes the November meeting will have to be held there. Chree's memo for the Magnetic Sub-Committee meeting is being set up. Dr Walker seems to think that it is pointless to hold one without Dr [Arthur] Schuster.
