DescriptionArrangements have been made by the [Anniversary] Committee for the seating of three representatives of the London daily papers, and of one of the London agencies, and so it will not be possible to allot another seat. However, if Reuter's wish to send a representative to report the speeches, facilities shall be given. The [speechmaking] begins at about 8.15.
