| Description | President and Council had at their meeting this week a letter before them from a Fellow stating that, as one of the promoters of the certificate of Professor Vivian B Lewes as a candidate for election, he had forwarded the certificate to Armstrong for signature, and instructed him to send it on to the next person to sign or return it. After numerous applications to comply with this Armstrong has retained the certificate. Larmor and Bradford as him what he has to say in explanation. |
