TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Hugh Longbourne Callendar, Fellow of the Royal Society, Chairman of the Physics and Chemistry Committee
Date28 February 1911
DescriptionThe paper by the Reverend P J Kirkby has now come in cut down to little more than half its original length. Sir Joseph Larmor has seen it and thinks in its shortened form it might go into 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' rather than ' 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. It would occupy about 30 pages, but it was sent in for 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]', and there is no resolution of the Committee recommending it for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Asks Callendar to minute what action should be taken.
