DescriptionThe Royal Society has been offered and proposed to accept a new projection apparatus for the meeting room, in which a lamp is employed requiring a current of at least 30 amperes (continuous current) at a voltage of about 65. Asks whether the current supplied by their Company will furnish up to 50 amperes in the building, whether the existing leads will carry that current and what method would they advise to adopt for reducing the voltage from that of the main to about 65.
