Asks if Bousfield thinks Chrystal would have found the effect if he had gone about it in his way instead of with alternating currents. Of course it is not a violation of Ohm's law in the proper sense.
Larmor is sending on Bousfield's answers and hopes to be in a position to pass them on to the printers soon. The critic thinks the points of thermometry he raised could not account for the discrepancy. Asks if it would not be well to make sure that the paper is explicit on the points raised. |
