TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to H C Long, Rosslyn, Malvern Road, Surbiton
Date19 May 1911
Description'In reply to your letter of the 17th instant, there is no reason why you should not apply for a Mackinnon Studenship, but I would call your attention to the note printed at the foot of the regulations for administering the Mackinnon Trust (a copy of which was sent to you) stating that the Council do not think it desirable that the Mackinnon Studentship should be held in conjunction with a teaching post. #I would also remind you that the present holder of the biology Studentship offers himself for re-election this year; although it does not necessarily follow that he will be re-elected.'
