TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to W Risenhain
Date1 June 1911
Description'Sir Joseph Larmor wishes me to consult you further about the micro0photographs to your paper on Al-Zn Alloys. He is of opinion that 2 plates of 12 figures each could be made to suffice for these. There are 29 figures in your originals, and Sir Joseph Larmor suggests that you cut out 5 of the less important of these, so that the whole of the figures may be given on two plates. As reduced in the area by you, we can get 12 of the figures comfortable on to a plate, and for the sake of symmetry Sir Joseph Larmor therefore recommends that the microphotos be limited to 24, so as to make 2 such full plates. If you will agree to this the illustrations shall be sent to you again, or preferably you might call and make the selection here.'
