Description'I should be glad to know whether you would be able to let out to the Royal Society for the evening of Wednesday next, June 14, a large carpet of inconspicuous pattern, to lay down in a reception room on the occasion of the Society's Soiree. The dimensions required are 22ft.8 inches in length and 22ft.4 inches in width. We also wish to hire three folding screennd some other furniture for the occasion, and I shall be much obliged, if you have any list of articles you let out, by your sending me a copy of it.'
