Description'Sir Joseph Larmor has asked me to say that if you will draft an Address for presentation to Breslau and send it here within the next day or two, he will look over it and prepare it for sealing at the Council on July 6. The Address will have to be printed before sealing, so it is important that we should receive it before the end of the week.'
