TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to J J Manley, Daubeny Laboratory, Magdalen College, Oxford
Date26 April 1911
Description'Soiree.
Referring to your letter of April 20th, we should require to know not later than a week hence whether the high speed commutator will be ready for exhibition. Please bear this in mind.
There would be no objection to the distribution of a pamphlet, descriptive of the balance you are showing, to physicists and other specially interested; but, as a rule we rather discourage the indiscriminate general distribution of literature [?] trade bearing.'
