TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to W R Drawz, Johnston Tropical Laboratory, University of Liverpool
Date28 July 1911
Description'We have received back the four volumes of Zoologische Jahrbucher borrowed by you and have marked them off. I take the opportunity of mentioning that the books were returned wrapped in one thickness only of ordinary brown paper. This is entirely insufficient protection for a parcel of four heavy volumes and it is a wonder they were not seriously damaged in transit. I must ask you to see to it personally that our book parcels are adequately packed in future. I may also remind you that no books can now be sent out from our Library until September.'
