TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to The Manager, British Vacuum Cleaner Co
Date28 July 1911
Description'Adverting to your letter of yesterday I enclose a memorandum of the work which requires to be done for this Society during the vacation. I shall be obliged by your sending to fetch such carpets and rugs as are to be cleaned on your premises on Tuesday next, the 1st August, and by your arranging to send you men and apparatus for cleaning the carpets in situ early in September, on some date before the middle of that month, the precise date to be arranged with the housekeeper.
I was making some enquiries at your place opposite here yesterday about the portable vacuum cleaning apparatus which you supply, and shall be glad if you can arrange to send one of the half H.P strength for inspection here in the last week of September, when I shall have returned from my holiday.'
