A new Commission under Sir David Bruce is leaving England at the beginning if November for further investigations into Sleeping Sickness in Africa, and it is very desireable that this Report should be in their hands before their departure. In these circumstances the Royal Society will be greatly obliged if a certain number - say 300 copies, of the Report can be struck off and sent here for distribution within the next three weeks.'
