TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to T F Winmill, 11 Market Passage, Cambridge
Date17 October 1911
Description'In reply to your letter of yesterday, there is not time to obtain the sanction of the final authority before tomorrow to the acceptance by a Mackinnon student of an Assistant Examinership. I cannot myself believe that objection would be taken to a temporary engagement of this kind; but I think you might take the precaution of consulting Sir Joseph Larmor (the senior Secretary of the Society) at St John's College before you give your reply, and then you might safely act upon his opinion.'
