Description'A paper entitled "The electro theory materialized" has been sent here by F G Edwards, of 338 Hungerford Road, Crewe. The author in his accompanying letter states that he has submitted a portion of it to you "asking if you would recommend it to the Secretary of the Chemical Society", but that he had not has your reply.
Is it your intention to communicate the paper to the Royal Society? because otherwise I cannot receive it.'
