TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Mons J B Bayle, c/o The Consult-General for France in London
Date4 November 1911
Description'I have looked at the parcel of books you left with our porter. The works are no doubt of value, but they are not at all of the kind of which the Royal Society's Library is composed. They would be of no use whatever in our Library and I am therefore quite unable to make you any offer to purchase any of them. If you will call for the parcels at your convenience our porter will hand it back to you.'
