Description'Record of the Royal Society.
Many thanks for your letter of yesterday. I am proposing to the President to send off at once to you the chronological register of Fellows, to be set up and sent to us in slip proof. It is important for me to know now whether you would be able to send me up these slips one or two at a time as set up, so that we may use them for preparing the alphabetical index to the chronological register.'
