DescriptionWith reference to the paper by Mr E C Trou communicated by Pearson, Bradford writes to say that two mathematical referees have been applied to and they have both, after having the paper, declined to report. The paper is very technical for the Proceedings [of the Royal Society]. Bradford writes about the difficulties of accepting the paper and suggests just submitting and abstract with a view to printing the paper elsewhere.
