TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Mr W Haine
Date26 January 1912
DescriptionWith regard to the new scheme for electric light fittings in the hall and meeting room, Harrison has now received authority to go forward on the lines of Haine's provision estimate; but the question of the actual fittings Harrison should like to consult Haine about. Preference was expressed for some simple cluster with the lights closer up than in the pattern Haine left with pendants.
Harrison had a visit from St James' Electric Light Company, to whom Harrison appealed to give a basement rate of charge for the lamps used in the basement. Harrison discusses particulars of the plan for the basement light and has promised the manager of St James' Electric Light Company to ask Haine to communicate with Mr T C Brice at his office.
