Date26 January 1912
Description'I have to acknowledge your letter of the 24th instant informing me that the Unlimited Service rate of subscription is not applicable to the telephone circuit on which we are.
In view of the fact that the Unlimited Service is advertised with restriction on condition in the official Postal Guide (latest edition) I shall be glad to know on what grounds our application is refused. At the same time if for good reasons it is refused. At the same time if for good reasons it is found impossible to supply us with the Unlimited Service I shall be greatly obliged if some arrangement can be made by which the charges of the service can be paid in larger installments than the small sums at present charged monthly from your office.'
