Description'I am afraid I have left your letter about your meetings on the 28th instant rather long unanswered, but I could not make sure about the day. So far as I can see now there is nothing to stand in the way of your having your meetings on that afternoon.
Your letter on the subject of the Historical Congress will be laid before the Council at their next meeting.'
