Description'In reply to your letter of February28th, we have looked up the Journal Book of the Society and find that Don Antonio Ulloa was proposed as a Fellow on May 15th, 1746, by a certificate, of which I enclose a copy. On the 29th May the President read a long abstract from Don Antonio Ulloa's Journal of Observations made in Peru. This occupies twelve manuscript pages of the Journal Book of the Royal Society: On the 11th December following the Journal Book has the following entry:- "Don Antonia de Ulloa of Seville was put to the Ballot and elected Fellow".'
