TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor C [Charles] S [Scott] Sherrington FRS
Date26 March 1912
Description'The paper by Mr Graham Brown and yourself has been passed for Proceedings with all the illustration, which, as you will remember, are numerous; but having regard to the large bulk of the Proceedings these figures will occupy if reproduced in any size approximating to the original, I have to ask whether you do not think they will bear very considerable reduction in size, say, to at least a half in the case of the longer tracings. I think they could be made quite clear on that scale and the lettering, if necessary, would have to be written in by the engraver.
I should be gladd to hear from you on this point before proceeding with the publication. The figures as they stand, with no more reduction than to two thirds of the larger ones, would occupy 7 or 8 pages of the Proceedings in addition to the text.'
