TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to E C Hoppe, 59 Baker Street, W
Date26 March 1912
Description'I have been desired to say that in reply to your letter of the 20th to Sir Joseph Larmor, offering to photograph the Council of the Royal Society, that the Council as a body cannot act on such a proposal, but that if you think fit to approach individual members on the subject they can answer for themselves.
For this purpose I send you a list of the present Council, but the President desires me to impress upon you that any communication you make to them must be entirely upon your own responsibility and not on his or on the Society's authority.'
